To use HelloLobby you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their authorization.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
Free trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
Paid plans: Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
Price changes: We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' written notice. Your continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Prices shown may exclude GST/HST where applicable.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. After repeated failures, your account may be suspended until payment is resolved.
You agree to use HelloLobby only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to:

Your ownership: You retain ownership of all content you provide to HelloLobby, including your website content, custom instructions, and conversation data generated through your widget.
License to us: By using HelloLobby, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content on your website that HelloLobby crawls. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you provide and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
AI responses: HelloLobby's AI generates responses based on your website content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing your widget's performance and ensuring its responses are appropriate for your business.
HelloLobby's Google Calendar integration is subject to Google's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms. By connecting your Google Calendar, you authorize HelloLobby to access your calendar for the limited purpose of checking availability and creating appointment bookings.
You may disconnect your Google Calendar at any time from your dashboard settings. We are not responsible for any issues arising from changes to Google's API or terms of service that affect our integration.
The HelloLobby platform, including its software, design, features, and content (excluding your content), is owned by Biz Solutions Partner and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The HelloLobby name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Biz Solutions Partner. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses. You use the Service at your own risk.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BIZ SOLUTIONS PARTNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) CAD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Biz Solutions Partner and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
By you: You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription from the dashboard and requesting account deletion by contacting us at pablo@bizsolutionspartner.com.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We will provide reasonable notice where possible except in cases of serious violations.
Effect of termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of termination, subject to our legal obligations. Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations or breaches that would cause irreparable harm.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the HelloLobby dashboard at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your account.
