We retain your account information and configuration data for as long as your account is active. Conversation logs and call recordings are retained for 12 months by default and can be deleted earlier from your dashboard.
When you delete your HelloLobby account, we delete your personal information, knowledge base, and conversation data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or billing purposes.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage of sensitive data, and access controls limiting who can access your data within our team.

HelloLobby complies with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We will only send you commercial electronic messages with your express or implied consent. Every marketing email we send includes a clear and easy way to unsubscribe. Transactional emails related to your account and service do not require opt-in consent under CASL.
HelloLobby is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
